多位点序列分型技术(Multilocus sequence typing,MLST)具有分辨率、敏感性及特异性高等优点。在寄生虫学研究中,MLST通过扩增多个管家基因进行测序分析和对病原体进行群体遗传结构分析,可为研究虫种进化等提供更多的理论依据。本文就MLST技术的原理、方法和结果分析及其在几种寄生虫遗传结构分析方面的应用进行综述。
Multilocus sequence typing (MLST) has the advantages of high resolution, sensitivity and specificity. In the study of parasitology, MLST can provide more theoretical basis for studying the evolution of pests by sequencing multiple MLGs and analyzing population genetic structure of pathogens. In this paper, the principle, method and result analysis of MLST technology and its application in the analysis of genetic structure of several parasites are reviewed.
