自《国家教育部中长期发展规划(2011-2020)》中对学前教育尤其是农村学前教育给予高度重视以来,从政府到社会都投入了较大的资源(政策、资金、人才等)支持农村学前教育的发展。然而笔者深入贵州农村一线了解到的事实却是,上述资源都集中投放在了乡镇以上级中心幼儿园的建设上,对于偏远贫困的村一级幼儿教育,则基本处于缺失状况。2011年8月至12月,笔者对黔东南从江、雷山、丹寨和榕江四县共十二个村庄的幼儿教育情况进行了多次
