研究了热处理制度对960 MPa级高强度工程机械用钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,淬火温度和时间、回火温度对钢的组织、性能和析出物的数量和形态有明显影响;合适的在线淬火加回火工艺可以提高钢的强度和韧性;通过优化热处理工艺成功生产出厚16~50 mm的960 MPa高强度工程机械用钢中厚板。
The effect of heat treatment system on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 960 MPa high strength engineering machinery steel was studied. The results show that the quenching temperature and time and the tempering temperature have a significant effect on the microstructure and properties of the steel and the quantity and morphology of the precipitates.
