The ancient town of Frocourt is a small town five kilometers south of Beauvais in France, with less than 200 inhabitants. The planned construction of the “Fintenele” community is around the old castle in Froše. It covers an area of 26 hectares and includes an old garden, a pond, a small river and a large area of grass. The ancient town of Frog has to requisition this piece of land for construction. There are three purposes: First, proceed from the long-term interests of towns and cities, properly plan and protect scenic resources; Second, build a residential area on this opportunity to prevent the population in the town from continuing to Beauvais. The city is moving to avoid the decline of service facilities in the town; the third is to guide the development of the town and prevent blindness in urban construction.
