介绍迷走神经刺激术的详细手术步骤及其对５例患者的治疗结果。术后一年随访，有４例患者的癫痫发作次数较术前减少了≥５％，所有患者的发作强度减轻、持续时间缩短；脑电图较前有改善，未见明显的副作用。认为迷走神经刺激术的手术方法比较简单，外科医生容易完成，其方法类似颈动脉的手术。 A detailed surgical procedure for vagus nerve stimulation and its outcome in 5 patients were introduced. After one year follow-up, 4 patients had seizures reduced by more than 5% compared with that before operation. All patients had reduced seizure intensity and shortened duration. EEG improved with no obvious side effects. That the vagus nerve stimulation surgery method is relatively simple, easy to complete by surgeons, the method is similar to the carotid artery surgery.
