对21只新西兰大白兔的眼角膜分别切成条状,在INSTRON试验机上进行单向拉伸和拉伸蠕变实验,测试准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(即LASIK术)后角膜材料的生物力学特性。得出兔眼角膜单向拉伸数据及蠕变1h的实验数据,采用三参量模型进行分析,用最小二乘法拟合得出不同切削量的角膜在蠕变实验中的黏弹性系数。发现LASIK术后角膜的弹性模量与正常眼角膜比较有一定的差异性,刚度系数随角膜切削量的增加而减小,角膜抗拉能力也随之减小,说明角膜切削越深,术后越容易发生变形。
The corneas of 21 New Zealand white rabbits were cut into strips. Uniaxial tension and tensile creep tests were performed on an INSTRON testing machine to test the corneal material after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) Biomechanical properties. The experimental data of rabbit cornea uniaxial tension and creep 1h were obtained. The three-parameter model was used for the analysis, and the viscoelastic coefficient of the cornea with different cutting amount in the creep experiment was fitted by the least square method. Found that the elastic modulus of cornea after LASIK surgery compared with normal cornea have some differences, the stiffness coefficient decreases with the increase of corneal cutting, corneal tensile capacity also decreases, indicating that the corneal cutting deeper, postoperative The more prone to deformation.
