3+6=9 5+4=9 7+2=9 4+6=9 5+3=8当我第一次看到学生做的这些题时,我脱口而出的是:错了一道。相信也有老师会这么说。如果我们把这其中做对的四道题比作学生的优点,而把那一道做错的题比作学生的缺点,我们是否犯了一个“忽略学生的优点,夸大学生的缺点”的错误?试想,我们天天盯着孩子,找寻她们或他们的缺点,争取做到及时发现缺点,绞尽脑汁帮助孩子改正缺点,我们很累,
