通过综采工作面支架受力、巷道围岩变形、钻孔应力、锚杆工作阻力及顺槽单体液压支柱受力5方面综合观测,对鲁西煤矿3下煤层覆岩运动规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:直接顶下分层初次垮落步距平均15.6 m,直接顶上分层初次跨落步距26.1 m,老顶初次来压步距31.8 m和老顶周期来压步距在10~13 m之间;ZY4800/18/38型掩护式液压支架工作阻力的平均值是27.2 MPa是支架额定工作阻力的86.4%,对工作面顶底板支护的适应性较好;通过分析轨道顺槽和胶带顺槽支承压力分布特征,得出轨道顺槽的超前支承压力影响范围为24.6 m,胶带顺槽的超前支承压力影响范围为31.135 m。
The law of overlying strata movement in 3 coal seams of Luxi Coal Mine was studied through the comprehensive observation of the mechanical behaviors of supports in the fully mechanized coal face, the deformation of surrounding rock in the roadway, the drilling stress, the working resistance of the bolt and the force of the single hydraulic prop in the trough. . The results show that the first collapse step of direct top-layer stratification is 15.6 m on average, the initial step-by-step distance of direct top stratification is 26.1 m, the first step pressure step on old roof is 31.8 m, ~ 13 m. The average working resistance of ZY4800 / 18/38 type shield type hydraulic support is 27.2 MPa, which is 86.4% of the rated working resistance of the support, and has good adaptability to the support of roof and floor of working face. The pressure distribution characteristics of the groove and the tape along the groove support lead to that the advance support pressure of the rail groove is 24.6 m and the advance support pressure of the tape groove is 31.135 m.
