对象:92例病例中,脑血栓形成患者72例。62例为住院病人,10例为门诊病例。72例中男58例,女14例,年龄36～70岁;50岁以下者8例,50～59岁者28例,60～69岁者35例,70岁1例。平均年龄56.8岁。另外有单纯脑动脉硬化者20例。接受治疗时病史最短3个月,最长达10年;治疗时间最长者达8疗程,最短1疗程。方法:采用广州医疗器械厂产WFB-Ⅱ_B型体外反搏装置,每天1次治疗1小时,12次为1疗程。压力为0.35～0.45kg/cm~2。耳垂脉搏监测使舒张期反流波大于收缩期叩击波20％～40％以上为准。反搏前后均详细记录病
Subjects: 72 patients with cerebral thrombosis were included in 92 cases. 62 were inpatients and 10 were outpatients. There were 58 males and 14 females in 72 cases, ranging in age from 36 to 70 years old; 8 cases under 50 years of age, 28 cases of 50 to 59 years old, 35 cases of 60 to 69 years old and 1 case of 70 years old. The average age of 56.8 years old. In addition there are 20 cases of simple cerebral arteriosclerosis. The shortest history of treatment for 3 months, up to 10 years; the longest treatment of up to 8 courses, the shortest 1 course of treatment. Methods: The WFB-Ⅱ_B EECP device produced by Guangzhou Medical Device Factory was used for 1 hour treatment once daily and 12 times as a course of treatment. Pressure is 0.35 ~ 0.45kg / cm ~ 2.
