救死扶伤是医院的工作职责,医院应该加强医德医风的管理工作。但是工资核算管理也是医院管理的重要内容之一。因为及时准确地发放工资它关系到医院每名职工切身利益的同时,也关系到医院职工工作的积极性与能动性的发挥。更关系到医院工作的正常运转。所以本人想就自己的工作经历谈谈公立医院工资核算存在的问题以及优化改进措施,希望有助于今后医院各项工作的开展。
Rescue and medical aid to the hospital is the responsibility of the hospital, the hospital should strengthen the management of medical ethics. However, payroll management is also an important part of hospital management. Because of timely and accurate payment of wages it relates to the vital interests of each worker in the hospital at the same time, it also relates to the enthusiasm and initiative of the hospital staff to play. More related to the normal operation of the hospital. Therefore, I would like to talk about the work experience of public hospitals payroll problems and optimize the improvement measures, hoping to contribute to the future development of the hospital.
