对采煤机摇臂进行受力分析,利用UG软件建立采煤机摇臂壳体虚拟样机模型,导入分析软件ANSYS中,施加合理的负载和边界条件,进行应力和振动模态有限元分析,分析结果表明,该采煤机摇臂壳体力学性能和振动性能良好。同时得出利用虚拟样机技术对同类零部件的高效设计有很大的优势。
The mechanical analysis of the rocker arm of the shearer is carried out. The virtual prototype model of the rocker arm shell of the coal winning machine is established by using UG software and imported into the analysis software ANSYS. The reasonable load and boundary conditions are applied to carry out stress and vibration modal finite element analysis, The analysis results show that the shearer rocker arm shell mechanical properties and vibration performance is good. At the same time, it is concluded that the use of virtual prototype technology has great advantages for the efficient design of similar components.
