借助于等温表面电位衰减、开路热刺激放电电流测量等方法较系统地研究了充电后的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)多孔材料的空间电荷贮存稳定性,并和同等条件下的高密度PTFE薄膜驻极体的电荷稳定性进行了比较.通过热刺激放电电流谱(TSD)分析和组合热脉冲技术探索了PTFE驻极体多孔膜内电荷重心的迁移规律,研究了多孔PTFE薄膜驻极体内脱阱电荷的输运规律.
The space charge storage stability of PTFE porous materials after charging was studied systematically with the help of isothermal surface potential attenuation and open circuit thermal stimulation discharge current measurement. Compared with the same conditions, The charge stability of the polar body is compared. The migration rule of center of charge in PTFE electret porous membrane was explored by thermal stimulated discharge current spectroscopy (TSD) and combined heat pulse technique. The transport of depolarized charge in porous PTFE membrane electret was studied.
