高空飞艇氨相变系统可提高飞艇升降调节能力。为了实现高空飞艇氨相变系统的快速设计,本文开发了高空飞艇氨相变系统设计软件。该设计软件中,通过直接调用物性计算软件Refprop的子程序计算氨的物性,采用集总参数模型实现系统中各部件结构的设计计算,应用VB编程语言在Microsoft Excel平台上实现了计算程序编写和软件界面设计。该软件可用于设计高空氨相变系统各部件结构和计算系统中各工况点,能够为高空飞艇氨相变系统提供具体设计方案。
High-altitude airship ammonia phase change system can improve the airship lift regulation. In order to achieve the rapid design of the high-altitude airship ammonia phase change system, this paper developed a high-altitude airship ammonia phase change system design software. In the design software, the properties of ammonia were calculated by directly calling the subprogram of Refprop, which is a property calculation software. The lumped parameter model was used to design and calculate the structure of each component in the system. Using VB programming language, Software interface design. The software can be used to design the various components of the high-altitude ammonia phase-change system and the calculation of the system operating point, to provide a specific design scheme for the high-altitude airship ammonia phase change system.
