基层国税部门的基本职能是执行上级下达的政策、决策、指令及工作任务。税收工作能否认真落实、各项目标能否顺利实现,取决于基层国税部门的抓落实能力,即执行力。执行力是基层国税干部最基本的、最重要的能力。执行力抓得好,职工队伍就充满朝气和活力,事业就能顺利发展;执行力抓得不好,干部职工队伍就缺乏朝气和活力,事业就会受到挫折。本文着重对基层执行力的提升途径进行探讨。
The basic functions of the grassroots tax department are to implement the policies, decisions, instructions and tasks assigned by superiors. Tax revenue can be seriously implemented, the smooth implementation of the objectives, depending on the implementation of the tax authorities at the grassroots level, that is the implementation of the force.
