随着我国铁路建设事业的蓬勃发展,最初使用的木枕由于受到木材资源匮乏的影响,大大制约了铁路建设发展的步伐,为解决这种矛盾混凝土轨枕应运而生。说起混凝土轨枕的生产,自然就要讲到轨枕生产线。我国于二十实际五十年代末引进前苏联轨枕生产技术,在近六十年轨枕生产的不断摸索中,对轨枕生产线设备进行了逐步的技术改造。本文就针对轨枕生产过程中,从节能环保等方面对生产线设备提出一些改进方法。
With the flourishing development of railway construction in our country, the initially used wood sleeper has greatly restricted the pace of development of railway construction because of the shortage of timber resources. Concrete sleepers have emerged as a solution to this contradiction. Speaking of concrete sleeper production, it is natural to talk about sleeper production line. In the late 1950s, China introduced the technology of sleeper production in the former Soviet Union. In the continuous exploration of sleeper production in the past 60 years, China gradually carried out technological transformation on sleeper production line equipment. In this paper, the sleeper production process, from the energy saving and environmental protection aspects of the production line equipment to make some improvements.
