如何在教育教学深化改革的新形势下调动职业院校各类优秀人才的积极性,满足学校快速、健康、可持续发展的迫切需要,是教育人事管理的一个重要课题。职业教育人力资源目前还存在教师职称结构不均匀、年龄结构断档、“双师型”教师偏少等问题,对此,学校应结合自身实际,加强师资队伍建设,建立人才激励机制,为职业院校教育教学的长期发展提供人才保障。
How to mobilize the enthusiasm of all kinds of outstanding talents in vocational colleges and meet the urgent need of rapid, healthy and sustainable development in the new situation of deepening education and teaching reform is an important issue in the education of personnel management. At present, there are still problems such as the uneven structure of teachers’ professional titles, the disconnection of age structure and the shortage of teachers with “double-teacher-type”. Therefore, schools should combine their own actual conditions to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and establish the incentive mechanism for talents.
