总结了中国首台投入商业运行的300MW循环流化床机组仿真机开发中的建模经验,着重分析了仿真机中流动、传热和燃烧建模3个方面的关键模型。结果表明:裤衩腿结构炉膛的物料不平衡现象和炉膛上部的物料横向流动是导致翻床的根本原因。仿真计算中使用的传热模型应该兼顾反映机理和运算速度。根据各种反应的速率快慢应该对煤燃烧过程实行计算解耦,可以在保证计算精度条件下提高计算速度。给出了翻床和外置床调温过程的仿真实例。
This paper summarizes the modeling experience of the first commercial 300MW circulating fluidized bed simulator developed in China, focusing on three key models of flow, heat transfer and combustion modeling in the simulator. The results show that the material unbalance phenomenon in the chest of legs and the horizontal flow of material in the upper part of the hearth are the root causes of the overturning bed. The heat transfer model used in the simulation calculation should take into account both the mechanism and the operation speed. According to the speed of various reactions should be calculated and decoupled coal combustion process, you can ensure that the calculation accuracy of the conditions to improve the speed of calculation. A simulation example of the temperature control of the overturning bed and the outer bed is given.
