对影响生产145 dtex/144 f高强低缩细旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)纤维的工艺条件进行了探讨和研究,当聚酯熔体特性黏度为0.65 dL/g、熔体输送温度为283~285℃、熔体冷却器温度为276~278℃、纺丝箱体温度为293℃、卷绕速度为4 200 m/min、热辊拉伸比为3.0、热定形温度为180℃时,能够稳定生产出断裂强度为4.8 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为22%、沸水收缩率为3.1%的涤纶高强低缩细旦FDY,满足细分市场不同客户特定产品的需求。
The process conditions influencing the production of 145 dtex / 144 f high-strength and ultra-fine denier fine denier FDY fibers were investigated and studied. When the intrinsic viscosity of polyester melt was 0.65 dL / g and the melt transport temperature was 283 ~ 285 ℃, the temperature of the melt cooler is 276 ~ 278 ℃, the temperature of the spinning box is 293 ℃, the winding speed is 4 200 m / min, the draw ratio of hot roll is 3.0, the heat setting temperature is 180 ℃, It can stably produce polyester high-strength and low-denier FDY with a breaking strength of 4.8 cN / dtex, an elongation at break of 22% and a boiling water shrinkage of 3.1%, meeting the needs of different customer-specific products in the market segment.
