对织物材料开口补强结构进行了试验分析研究,以开口处使用帆布扣连接的结构为基础,进行了直接加金属片、金属片胶接、金属片铆接3种补强结构的试验,并与未补强结构进行比较。试验结果表明直接加金属片不能提高结构强度,胶接金属片可提高强度28.5%,铆接金属片可提高强度73.1%。通过对相关数据及生产工艺上差别的分析,最终为类似开口结构补强设计的选择提供理论依据。
The fabric reinforced structure was tested and analyzed. Based on the structure of cantilever opening at the opening, three kinds of reinforcing structures were directly tested with metal plate, metal plate and metal plate riveted. No reinforcement structure for comparison. The test results show that the direct addition of the metal sheet can not improve the structural strength. The metal sheet can improve the strength by 28.5% and the metal sheet by the riveting can increase the strength by 73.1%. Through the analysis of the related data and the differences in the production process, the theoretical basis for the choice of reinforcing design similar to the open structure is finally provided.
