现如今,信息化已经成为新时期档案管理的主要发展趋势,目前大多数档案管理工作都已经实现了信息化,并且还在不断地改进和完善,以此来提高档案管理的工作效率。然而在实际的工作中却发现,虽然信息化的档案管理工作模式可以在归档、整理、查找、利用等方面带来很多便利,但是却在一定程度上给档案收集工作带来了难度。本文主要探讨了信息化环境下档案收集工作的相关问题,提出一些措施建议,仅供参考。
Nowadays, informatization has become the main trend of archives management in the new era. At present, most archives management has been informatized and constantly improved and improved so as to improve the efficiency of archives management. However, it has been found in practical work that although the archival management mode of information can bring a lot of conveniences in archiving, arranging, searching and using, it has brought difficulty to file collection to a certain extent.
