目的探讨医院等级评审对提高科室护理质量的效果。方法在医院等级评审办公室领导下,将工作责任落实到个人,对存在的问题及时纠正,对科室护理质量、护理技术及护理教育综合考评情况进行评价。比较和分析2013年和评审后2014年的护理质量,主要包括:护理安全、危重护理、专科护理、基础护理、病区管理消毒隔离、健康宣教、在院文书、8h外查房、患者满意度10个方面。结果与2013年相比,评审后科室护理质量的10个方面评分均有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过医院等级评审,建设了一支较好的护理队伍,明确了护理服务宗旨和行为目标,健全了权责分明的护理管理制度,其可发挥宏观制度调控和微观业务管理的双重作用,使科室护理质量得到可持续发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of hospital grade assessment on improving the quality of department nursing. Methods Under the leadership of the Hospital Rank Review Office, the work responsibilities were implemented to individuals, the problems in time were corrected, and the quality of nursing department, nursing skills and comprehensive evaluation of nursing education were evaluated. Comparing and analyzing the quality of care in 2013 and post-2014, mainly including: nursing safety, critical care, specialist nursing, basic nursing, ward disinfection and isolation, health education, hospital documents, rounds of 8h, patient satisfaction 10 aspects. Results Compared with 2013, the scores of the 10 aspects of the nursing quality of the departments after the review were all improved, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusions After the hospital grade appraisal, a better nursing team has been established, the purposes and objectives of nursing services have been clarified, and a nursing care system with clear powers and responsibilities has been established, which can play the dual role of macro-system regulation and micro-business management.
