以超燃冲压发动机双模态模型燃烧室为研究对象,对隔离段喷注条件下的预喷注、预蒸发煤油点火和火焰回传特性进行了试验研究。试验分别针对典型的启动工况和巡航工况气流特点,对比了Ma2和Ma3两个工况下的边界层逆流火焰传播过程。试验结果表明,相比于单边预喷注,双边预喷注的燃料横向扩散能力增强,增加了火焰在主流中回传形成热壅塞的风险;相比于Ma2工况的低总温来流条件,Ma3条件下因气流总温高,采用预喷注方式注入的煤油喷雾其蒸发形成的气态预混气更加充分,更易形成逆流传播的火焰。
Taking the bimodal combustion chamber of a scramjet engine as the research object, the characteristics of pre-injection, pre-evaporation kerosene ignition and flame back propagation under the conditions of injection in the isolation section were studied. According to the typical starting conditions and the characteristics of the cruise flow, the experiment compares the propagation of the counter-current flame in the boundary layer between Ma2 and Ma3. The experimental results show that compared with unilateral pre-injection, the lateral pre-injection fuel has better lateral diffusion ability, which increases the risk of the flame returning to the main flow to form a hot plug. Compared with the low total temperature and current Conditions, Ma3 conditions due to the high total temperature of the gas, the use of pre-injection kerosene injected into the vaporization of the gas pre-mixed vapor is more fully formed, more likely to form a counter-current flame.
