动态心电图是目前及时发现心源性心脏猝死的主要检测手段,是检测和及早发现心律失常的最佳设备,而其采集记录系统是影响心电数据质量和佩戴舒适性的主要原因。太原铁路局劳动和卫生处针对近年来路内逐年增加的机车司机岗上猝死态势,在充分分析目前国内外DCG检测技术最新进展的基础上,引进了无导联线连接的动态心电图检测新思路,结合铁路机车司机工作环境、工作性质的特殊性,研制出了使用方便、佩戴舒适、无需人工操作、无需医护人员操作的机车司机远程动态心电图检测系统,并进行了现场试验。结果显示该系统具有对机车司机工作状态心电图的采集、远程传输、异常的检出以及异常报警等功能;该系统的实施不受机车司机工作环境影响;实现了机车司机远程心电图检测功能。

The implementation of this system is not affected by the working environment of locomotive driver. It realizes the remote electrocardiogram detection function of locomotive driver.
