评价实习学生职业精神,可以了解其职业精神现况,为有针对性地实施职业精神教育提供参考。本研究采用自行改编的职业精神评价表,由带教教师对长学制和五年制医学生的职业精神状况进行评价,并分析不同学制学生评价结果的差异。结果显示,被评价学生在“利他主义”和“尊重他人”方面得分较高,而在“领导能力”和“尽职尽责”方面得分较低;长学制医学生在“利他主义”“尽职尽责”“领导能力”等6个评价要素方面明显优于五年制医学生,且在“自我完善”“工作态度严谨”“研究中标明数据来源”“严格遵守时间”“在困难和紧张的环境氛围中保持良好的自控”“深入探究处理不确定问题”等8个评价指标上的得分均高于五年制医学生,两者差异具有统计学意义。结果表明,长学制和五年制医学生的职业精神总体状况较好,但长学制医学生在“尽职尽责”“领导能力”和某些具体评价指标方面优于五年制医学生,学校应当根据不同学制医学生的实际情况有针对性地重点强化职业精神培养。“,”Assessing professionalism of medical students will help to understand the status quo of their professionalism and offer reference for teaching professionalism.The study used adapted evaluation forms to assess professionalism of five-year program and long-term program medical students.Teacher eval-uation was applied to this work and group differences of scores between Five-year program and long-term program students were analyzed.This results show that the students had higher score on altruism,respect for others,while the scores of leadership,responsibility and accountability was lower.Long-term program students had higher scores on altruism,leadership and responsibility and accountability,as well as other 6 evaluation elements than five-year program students,there were significant differences in 8 evaluation indi-cators.The results suggest that the professionalism of medical students overall is good.Long-term program medical students do better than five-year system program students on leadership and responsibility and ac-countability,as well as other 8 evaluation indicators.Central South University should enhance the training of professionalism on the basis of students’levels.
