目的研究甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对雄性哺乳动物生殖系统的毒性作用。方法通过小鼠精子畸形试验和小鼠睾丸、精囊腺脏器系数的检测,用χ2检验和方差分析的方法对实验数据进行统计分析。结果精子畸形试验的结果显示,MMA的中、高剂量组及阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而低剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在睾丸脏器系数的检测中,低、中、高剂量组及阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在植囊腺脏器系数的检测中,高剂量组及阳性对照组与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而低、中剂量组与阴性组比较未发现差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论提示MMA可能对雄性哺乳动物的生殖系统有毒性作用。
Objective To study the toxic effects of methyl methacrylate (MMA) on the reproductive system of male mammals. Methods The sperm deformity test and the testicular seminal vesicles in mice were used to detect the organ coefficients of seminal vesicles. The chi square test and ANOVA were used to analyze the experimental data. Results The results of sperm deformity test showed that there were significant differences between MMA medium and high dose groups and positive control group and negative control group (P <0.01), but no significant difference between low dose group and negative control group Significance (P> 0.05). In the test of testis organ coefficient, there was no significant difference between the low, medium and high dose groups and the positive control group and the negative control group (P> 0.05). In the detection of the gonadotrophin, the difference between the high-dose group and the positive control group and the negative control group was statistically significant (P <0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the low- and middle-dose groups and the negative group Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions suggest that MMA may have toxic effects on the male mammalian reproductive system.
