培训是企业提升员工素质,提高企业核心竞争力、创造一流业绩的有效途径之一。培训效果的好坏,除与培训机构的师资水平、管理模式、培训方法有关外,还和培训过程中的培训班管理有着密不可分的关联。如果班级管理得法,能激发学员的学习兴趣,调动他们学习的学习主动性,变被动为主动地学习,无疑会使培训效果大大提高,间接地促进了培训质量的提高。下面就抓班级管理,促培训质量提高的方面所做的尝试,做一个阐述,供大家交流学习一、建立学员基本信息档案,缩短学员之间的差异
