古人说得好:“善学者教师安逸而功倍,不善学者教师辛苦而功半。”常听有的老师抱怨:讲了这么多遍的题目,学生还是不会,累啊。眼观当前的数学教学,多是老师讲,学生听,老师启发什么,学生思考什么,这种灌输知识的方法其实是把学生当成了盛知识的容器而已,而不是一个能独立思考、能自主获取知识的个体。因此,在数学教学中,应注重对学生自学能力的培养,才能从本质上提高学生的学习能力,提高教师的教学实效。就如何培养学生的自学能力来谈些看法。
