选煤厂在煤炭散料装运过程中,往往装车高度会超出车厢高度或者装车平面不平整,为确保运输安全,装车完毕后需要进行表面平整。阐述了传统平整方式存在效率低、重复平整的问题,分析几种常见平煤装置的组成和特点,建议使用单位对不同类型的平煤装置进行力学分析、外形优化等,从而得到最佳的平煤板外形,达到最佳的使用效果。
