针对用便携G型里氏硬度计对低强度钢板测试其硬度值偏低的现象 ,利用静载台式硬度计及动载里氏硬度计对高强度不锈钢板和低强度结构钢板进行了测试 ,并进行了对比分析。得出 ,对同一低强度钢板 ,用G型里氏硬度计测出的值比台式硬度测试值低。探讨了里氏硬度测试值偏低的原因 ,对使用里氏硬度计测试低强度钢板硬度提供了科学依据。
In view of the phenomenon that the hardness value of the low-strength steel plate is too low with a portable G-type Leeb hardness tester, the high-strength stainless steel plate and the low-strength structural steel plate are tested by the static bench hardness tester and the dynamic load Leeb hardness tester Conducted a comparative analysis.
