社会主义市场经济体制的建立,使军官工资职能发生了明显的变化;这种变化对军官的心理会产生直接的影响。因此,军官工资制度改革在服从国家经济建设的需要、遵循社会主义市场经济新的分配原则的同时,应充分考虑军人的心理需求。一方面,军官工资要能体现军人的职业特点,以满足军官的公平需要;另一方面,应建立平衡的补偿机制,以满足军官的激励需要。
The establishment of a socialist market economy has brought about a marked change in the function of officers’ wages; such changes have a direct impact on the mentality of military officers. Therefore, the reform of the military wage system should follow the needs of the national economic construction and follow the new principle of distribution in the socialist market economy. At the same time, we should give full consideration to the psychological needs of military personnel. On the one hand, the salary of military officers should reflect the occupational characteristics of military personnel in order to meet the fair needs of military officers; on the other hand, a balanced compensation mechanism should be established to meet the incentive needs of military officers.
