目的:探索水牛角硫酸水解提取物钡残留消除方法。方法:以pH为指标调控氢氧化钡用量,中和水牛角硫酸水解液,浓缩,干燥,制成水牛角提取物,以原子吸收光谱法测定其提取物含量。结果:pH与提取物钡残留随氢氧化钡溶液用量增加相应升高,当pH<3.20时,未检测到钡残留。结论:控制氢氧化钡用量,使中和液pH保持在3.20以下,可以有效除去提取物中钡残留。
Objective: To explore the method of elimination of barium residues in hydrolyzed extract of buffalo horn sulfate. Methods: The dosage of barium hydroxide was controlled by pH, the hydrolyzate of buffalo horn was neutralized, concentrated and dried to make the extract of buffalo horn. The content of extract was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The pH and the extract barium residue increased with the increase of the barium hydroxide solution, but no barium residue was detected when the pH value was less than 3.20. Conclusion: The amount of barium hydroxide is controlled so that the neutralization solution pH is kept below 3.20, which can effectively remove the barium residue in the extract.
