对领导行为有效性的探讨一直是领导理论的中心议题。文章实证检验了领导风格对员工绩效的影响,以及自我监控人格特质的调节作用。研究结果表明:员工导向的领导风格正向影响员工的周边绩效,而任务导向的领导风格正向影响员工的任务绩效,自我监控人格特质调节了员工导向的领导风格与周边绩效的关系。
The discussion of the effectiveness of leadership behavior has always been the central topic of leadership theory. The article empirically examines the impact of leadership style on employee performance and the regulatory role of self-monitoring personality traits. The results show that: Employee-oriented leadership style positively influences staff’s perimeter performance, and task-oriented leadership style positively affects staff’s task performance. Self-monitoring personality traits adjust the relationship between employee-oriented leadership style and perimeter performance.
