在国家政策的支持与劳动力严重不足与短缺的情况下,我国建筑产业现代化快速发展。文章主要分析了建筑产业现代化发展情况与背景,阐述了建筑企业的新型建筑工业化道路,并根据建筑信息化BIM技术(又称建筑信息模型)来模拟正在施工的住宅工程,从而明确其研究方向。 With the support of national policies and the serious shortage and shortage of labor force, the modernization of China’s construction industry has developed rapidly. This paper mainly analyzes the situation and background of the modernization of the construction industry, elaborates the new construction industrialization path of the construction enterprises, and simulates the residential construction under construction according to the BIM technology (also known as the building information model) to clarify the research direction.
