建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中吡唑醚菌酯和噁唑菌酮含量的方法。采用ODS C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器分离,以甲醇+水(体积比为80∶20)为流动相,在254nm波长下,经保留时间定性确证,峰面积外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:吡唑醚菌酯与噁唑菌酮的线性相关系数分别为0.999 5和0.999 6;变异系数分别为0.68%和0.45%;平均加标回收率分别为100.28%和100.32%。
A method was established for the determination of pyraclostrobin and famoxadone in the mixture under the same chromatographic conditions.
