本文选取上海市社区作为研究对象,从理论分析的视角分析影响上海市城市社区灾害风险的重要因素,并对典型社区的风险因素进行调查。调查结果发现,不同类型的社区具有不同的风险特征,如传统街坊社区和单位公房社区的房屋易损性以及老龄人口的人口易损性风险较为严重,而高收入商品房社区由于社区居民矛盾所引起的人为突发事件的风险较为严重。同时,本文根据调查中所发现的不同社区的风险特征,借鉴发达国家灾害风险管理的经验,提出适用于上海市社区灾害风险管理的对策与建议。 This article chooses the Shanghai community as the research object, analyzes the important factors affecting the disaster risk of the urban community in Shanghai from the theoretical analysis perspective, and investigates the risk factors of the typical community. The survey found that different types of communities have different risk characteristics. For example, the housing vulnerability of traditional neighborhood communities and corporate public housing communities and the vulnerability of the elderly population are more serious. However, the high-income housing communities are caused by the contradictions of community residents The risk of man-made emergencies is more serious. At the same time, based on the risk characteristics of different communities discovered in the survey and drawing lessons from the experience of disaster risk management in developed countries, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for community disaster risk management in Shanghai.
