采用离子交换法合成了一种新型的杂多酸阴离子[Co2Bi2W20O70]10-柱撑水滑石类层状化合物,利用X射线衍射仪和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪分析了其晶相结构;研究了[Co2Bi2W20O70]10-柱撑水滑石光催化降解甲基橙的活性.结果表明,合成的[Co2Bi2W20O70]10-杂多酸阴离子柱撑水滑石较好地保持了水滑石原有的晶体形貌,具有较高的离子交换度.与此同时,杂多酸阴离子替换NO3-后,可以在一定程度上提高催化剂的催化活性.这主要归因于水滑石材料中杂多酸阴离子和水滑石层板之间的协同效应.
A new heteropolyacid anion [Co2Bi2W20O70] 10-pillared hydrotalcite layered compound was synthesized by ion exchange method. The crystal structure of [Co2Bi2W20O70] was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. 10-pillared hydrotalcite photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.The results show that the [Co2Bi2W20O70] 10-heteropolyacid anionic pillared hydrotalcite better maintain the original crystal morphology of hydrotalcite, with higher Ion exchange degree.At the same time, the heteropolyacid anion replaces NO3- can improve the catalytic activity to a certain extent.This is mainly attributed to the interaction between the heteropolyacid anion and the hydrotalcite layer in the hydrotalcite Synergy.
