PEG 模拟干旱条件下,柠条种子相对发芽率显著高于红豆草,证明红豆草种子萌发适应干旱的能力不如柠条。盆栽幼苗断水干旱时,二种牧草组织相对含水量、植株相对生长率的降低与其抗旱性呈正相关;膜透性的增加与其抗旱性呈负相关。综合诸项指标得出柠条幼苗的抗旱能力要大于红豆草。
PEG simulated drought conditions, the relative germination rate of seeds of Caragana korshinskii was significantly higher than that of sainfoin, proving the ability of sainfoin seed germination to adapt to drought as Caragana korshinskii. When the potted seedlings were dehydrated and droughted, the relative water content of two kinds of forage tissues and the relative growth rate of plants were positively correlated with the drought resistance. The increase of membrane permeability was negatively correlated with the drought resistance. Combining with various indexes, the ability of drought tolerance of Caragana korshinskii seedlings is greater than that of sainfoin.
