We conducted a study on the anti-cancer effect of the new drug AC7619 synthesized by the Shanghai Institute of Family Planning Science. The preliminary observation results are reported below. Animal experiments were performed in Swiss adult mice. Randomly divided into groups, subcutaneously inoculated with cell suspensions of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (ECA), U_(14) and S_(18(?)) (10~7~2). ×10~7/ml)0.2ml. Intramuscular injection of AC7619 is started immediately after vaccination.
