对重载铁路采用的136RE断面钢轨对中国铁路的适用性进行研究,利用北美铁道学会(AAR)开发的NUCARS软件,对C64K货车通过60 kg/m6、8 kg/m和75 kg/m 3种钢轨的安全性以及钢轨磨耗进行了仿真对比,计算结果表明重载货车通过68 kg/m钢轨时,安全性明显优于60 kg/m钢轨;同时抗磨耗性能也远优于国产60 kg/m钢轨,达到了与75 kg/m钢轨相同的水平,为68 kg/m钢轨的推广使用提供参考。
The feasibility of 136R section rail applied to heavy haul railway to China railway was studied. Using NUCARS software developed by North American Railway Institute (AAR), the C64K passing 60 kg / m 6, 8 kg / m and 75 kg / m 3 The safety of the rail and the rail wear are simulated and compared.
