通过对麦冬主流商品(麦冬、湖北山麦冬和短葶山麦冬)进行薄层层析、紫外光谱及导数光谱分析比较。结果表明:三者的TLC图、UV谱及其一阶导数谱均有不同,可资鉴别;同时说明三种麦冬的总皂甙数与量均有明显差异,不宜混用。 The analysis of TLC, UV spectra and derivative spectra of Ophiopogon mainstream products (Ophiopogon, Ophiopogon japonicus and Ophiopogon japonicus) were compared. The results show that the TLC map, UV spectra and their first derivative spectra of the three are all different and can be identified. At the same time, the number and amount of total saponins of the three species of Ophiopogon japonicus are significantly different and should not be mixed.
