通过实验,建立了用气相色谱法测定人工煤气合成甲醇过程中气体中甲醇含量的分析方法,采用外标法定量。结果表明,本方法线性相关系数0.9998,检出限0.06mg/L,平均回收率96.3%,精密度高。较目前各相关厂分析甲醇普遍采用的变色酸法,更加快速简便,适应现场快速测定的需要,取得良好效果。
Through the experiment, an analytical method was established for the determination of methanol in the gas of synthetic coal gas by gas chromatography. The external standard method was used to quantify the methanol content. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.06mg / L, the average recovery was 96.3%, and the precision was high. More relevant to the current plant analysis of methanol commonly used color change acid method, more quickly and easily to adapt to the needs of the scene quickly measured and achieved good results.
