文章结合互联网的特性对互联网行业中滥用市场支配地位的行为进行了分析。在此基础上,笔者提出了如下观点及建议:在滥用市场支配地位这类诉讼中,原告是否能清晰而准确地界定相关市场不是胜诉的条件;如果确实存在确凿的证据,并且该证据能够证明具有市场支配地位被告实施了损害消费者利益的行为,此时,就可以认定被告存在滥用市场支配地位的行为。
