目的测定某高校校园学生主要活动场所空气中细菌总数、空气微生物污染状况,评价学生活动场所的空气质量并提出改善空气质量的指导性意见。方法采用平板自然沉降法对青岛大学校园内具有代表性的4个不同功能区域室内空气细菌进行检测。结果不同功能区内空气细菌污染程度、男女生宿舍内空气细菌污染程度和宿舍不同楼层内空气细菌污染程度的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。宿舍空气中的细菌污染比其他功能区严重,而图书馆空气污染程度最轻,男生宿舍空气中的细菌污染较女生宿舍严重,一层室内空气中的细菌污染比其他楼层严重,五层污染最轻。结论通过了解校园不同功能区空气微生物的污染情况,提出相应的措施以改善大学生学习和生活环境质量。
Objective To determine the total number of airborne bacteria and airborne microbes in the main campus of a certain university campus, assess the air quality of students’ activities and put forward some advice on how to improve the air quality. Methods The natural airborne sedimentation method was used to detect indoor airborne bacteria in four different functional areas of Qingdao University campus. Results The levels of airborne bacteria in different functional areas, the degree of bacterial contamination in air between male and female dormitories, and the degree of airborne bacterial contamination in dormitories were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The bacterial contamination in the dormitory air was more serious than in other functional areas, but the lightest air pollution in the library. The bacterial contamination in the male dormitory air was more serious than that in the female dormitory. The bacterial contamination in the indoor air of the first floor was more serious than the other floors, light. Conclusion By understanding the pollution of airborne microorganisms in different functional areas of campus, we put forward corresponding measures to improve the quality of learning and living environment for undergraduates.
