目的研究吴茱萸五加Acanthopanax evodiaefolius叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱分析结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果从吴茱萸五加叶甲醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为十七烷酸(1)、二十七烷醇(2)、反式肉桂酸(3)、乌苏酸(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、桦木酸(6)、科罗索酸(7)、芹菜素(8)、柚皮素(9)、麦芽酚(10)、丁香酸(11)、豆甾醇(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)。结论化合物1~3、7~10均为首次从本属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从吴茱萸五加中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Acanthopanax evodiaefolius leaves. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis and physical and chemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the methanolic extracts of Fructus Evodiae and identified as heptadecanoic acid (1), heptacosanol (2), trans-cinnamic acid (3) and ursolic acid (4) , Oleanolic acid (5), betulinic acid (6), corosolic acid (7), apigenin (8), naringenin (9), maltol (10), syringic acid (12), daucosterol (13). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 ~ 3 and 7 ~ 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time. All the compounds were isolated from Fructus Evodiae for the first time.
