目的:建立原子荧光光谱法测定人血浆中硒的方法,为临床合理安全地用药提供依据。方法:样品经硝酸—高氯酸消化,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法直接测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0~10.00 ng/ml,r=0.9999,最低定量限为0.2 ng/ml,精密度为小于5.84%,回收率为95.0%~103.8%。结论:方法灵敏度高,准确、快捷,可广泛用于血浆、食品以及中成药中硒的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of selenium in human plasma by atomic fluorescence spectrometry to provide a basis for clinical rational and safe drug use. Methods: Samples were digested with nitric acid-perchloric acid and directly determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: The linear range of the method was 0-10.00 ng / ml, r = 0.9999, the lowest limit of quantification was 0.2 ng / ml, the precision was less than 5.84% and the recovery was 95.0% -103.8%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid and can be widely used in the determination of selenium in plasma, food and Chinese patent medicine.
