高空散装法适用于全支架拼装的各种类型的空间网格结构,尤其适用于螺栓连接、销轴连接等非焊接连接的结构。并可根据结构特点选用少支架的悬挑拼装施工方法:内扩法(由边支座向中央悬挑拼装)、外扩法(由中央向边支座悬挑拼装)。本文结合窑街煤电体育中心凯威特型网壳施工实例,介绍了凯威特型网壳结构无支架内扩高空散装技术。
The high-altitude bulk method is applicable to all types of space grid structures assembled by a full bracket, and is particularly suitable for structures that are not welded, such as bolt connection and pin shaft connection. According to the characteristics of the structure and the selection of less support overhanging cantilever assembly method: the expansion method (from the side support to the central cantilever assembly), external expansion method (from the central support to the side cantilever assembly). Based on the case of Kaiweite type reticulated shell construction in Yaokou Coal and Electric Sports Center, this paper introduces the technology of expanding and emptying bulkhead without bracket in Kaiweite type reticulated shell structure.
