采用多步加料法制备水溶性酚醛树脂,探索反应时间对水溶性酚醛树脂分子量及分布的影响,并研究酚醛树脂分子量对浸渍滤纸性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,酚醛树脂分子量逐渐增大、分布变宽;酚醛树脂分子量对浸渍滤纸的透气率、平均孔径和最大孔径基本没有影响,但是浸渍滤纸厚度随着酚醛树脂分子量的增大逐渐降低;浸渍滤纸的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、断裂能量吸收和耐破度随着水溶性酚醛树脂分子量的增大而增大,而挺度逐渐下降。
The water-soluble phenolic resin was prepared by multi-step feeding method, the effect of reaction time on the molecular weight and distribution of water-soluble phenolic resin was explored, and the influence of the molecular weight of phenolic resin on the performance of impregnated filter paper was studied. The results showed that the molecular weight of phenolic resin increased with the extension of reaction time, and the distribution became wider. The molecular weight of phenolic resin had no effect on the permeability, average pore diameter and maximum pore size of impregnated filter paper. However, the thickness of impregnated filter paper changed with the molecular weight of phenolic resin The tensile strength, elongation at break, breaking energy absorption and bursting strength of impregnated filter paper increased with the increase of molecular weight of water-soluble phenolic resin, but the stiffness decreased gradually.
