本文从变质量热力学的基本原理出发,建立了包括背压腔与压缩腔在内的带自调背压机构的涡旋压缩机工作过程的热力学模型;通过求解压缩机热力学模型和进行动力计算,分析了背压孔的一般运动规律。该方法以确保压缩机具有较高的容积及机械效率为限制条件。
In this paper, based on the principle of variable mass thermodynamics, a thermodynamic model of scroll compressor with self-adjusting back pressure mechanism including back pressure chamber and compression chamber was established. By solving the thermodynamic model of compressor and carrying out dynamic calculation, The general movement rule of back pressure hole is analyzed. The method to ensure that the compressor has a high volume and mechanical efficiency as a constraint.
