平菇属糙皮侧耳、美味侧耳、白黄侧耳,与佛罗里达侧耳是同一可交配群体。选用该群体7个亲株的14个单核株按半轮配方式配成91个组合,其中12个为不亲和组合,总亲和率为8681%。该群体的性因子基因型达11对之多(A1B1~A11B11);栽培其中76个亲和组合及7个亲株,对其生物效率进行方差分析,结果显示处理间存在极显著差异(F=12.7915),前10名杂交种的超亲优势为15.69%~115.75%。同时对半轮配91个配对组合的一般配合力(gca)与特殊配合力(sca)进行分析,配对组合间,gca效应与sca效应值间也存在着真实差异。单核株D1的gca=24.27,为最高,其次是O8、D4、O7、L10,说明这几个单核株在以产量为指标的杂交育种中,有良好的基因加性效应。sca效应分析显示,D4L10的sca=63.99,为最高。对同一单核株不同组合的sca值进行显著性测定,结果显示D4、L10可产生较强的杂种优势,D1产生的优势效应居中,而O7、O8较次。本文还对平菇杂交育种过程中的配合力与配对亲和性进行了讨论。
Pleurotus genus Pleurotus ostreatus, delicious ear, white-bellied ear, and Florida ear is the same can be copulatory groups. A total of 14 mononuclear strains of 7 progeny from this group were grouped into 91 combinations according to the half round formula, of which 12 were incompatible and their total affinities were 8681%. There were 11 pairs of genotypes (A1B1-A11B11) in this population. Among them, 76 combinations and 7 progenies were cultivated, and their biological efficiency was analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that there were significant differences (F = 12.7915). The top 10 heterosis of the top 10 hybrids ranged from 15.69% to 115.75%. At the same time, we analyzed the general combining ability (gca) and special combining ability (sca) of 91 mating combinations of half rounds. There was also a true difference between the pair combination combinations, gca effect and sca effect value. Monoclonal strain D1 gca = 24.27, the highest, followed by O8, D4, O7, L10, indicating that these mononuclear strains in the yield as an indicator of cross breeding, have a good gene additive effect. sca effect analysis showed that the sca of D4L10 was 63.99, which was the highest. The sca values of different combinations of the same mononuclear strains were significantly determined. The results showed that D4 and L10 could produce stronger heterosis. The dominant effect of D1 was middle while O7 and O8 were less. The paper also discussed the combining ability and matching affinity of the crossbreeding of Pleurotus ostreatus.
