目的了解河南省郑州市狂犬病暴露后人群接种狂犬疫苗的群体免疫效果。方法收集狂犬病暴露人群免疫前和免疫后血清标本,以快速荧光灶抑制试验(RFFIT)检测抗狂犬病病毒中和抗体(RVNAs),采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 RFFIT检测结果及统计学分析显示,2份免疫前血清RVNAs>0.5 IU/ml,免疫后血清RVNAs呈阳性;狂犬疫苗免疫前后RVNAs差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.009,P=0.000),免疫后血清阳转率在性别和年龄方面差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.287,P=0.18和χ~2=2.606,P=0.626);免疫后RVNAs与接种者性别差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.229,P=0.026),与接种者年龄差异无统计学意义(χ~2=6.197,P=0.185);RVNAs水平与免疫后年限差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.654,P=0.000)。结论河南省郑州市狂犬病暴露后人群狂犬疫苗总体免疫效果良好,免疫前RVNAs>0.5 IU/ml的个体应引起关注。
Objective To understand the population immunization effect of rabies vaccine in rabies exposed area of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Methods Pre and post immunization serum samples from rabies exposed rabies patients were collected. The anti-Rabies virus neutralizing antibodies (RVNAs) were detected by RFFIT and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The results of RFFIT assay and statistical analysis showed that the two pre-immune serum RVNAs were> 0.5 IU / ml and the serum RVNAs were positive after immunization. The difference of RVNAs before and after rabies vaccine immunization was statistically significant (Z = -7.009, P = 0.000) After immunization, there was no significant difference in sex and age (Z = -1.287, P = 0.18 and χ ~ 2 = 2.606, P = 0.626) (Χ ~ 2 = 6.197, P = 0.185). The difference of RVNAs level and post-immunization years was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 18.654, P = 0.026) = 0.000). Conclusion The rabies vaccine in rabies exposed area of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, has a good overall immune response. Individuals with pre-immune RVNAs> 0.5 IU / ml should be concerned.
